The client
SFU (Simon Fraser University) is a renowned Canadian public research university located in British Columbia, Canada. They offer different programs from bachelor to PHDs in various fields of expertise. They hired our team to help them recruit students for 3 of their programs directed towards education and culture.Â
The challenge
The university had never ventured into paid advertising and was uncertain about where to engage its audience online. Additionally, for programs offered in French, it was unclear whether searches were conducted in French or English, and their geographical reach within Canada remained ambiguous. SFU sought clarity on audience behavior and enrollment patterns.
